Vision, Mission and Values review

While the past 12 months have been frustrating, delaying many of the programmes we had planned to deliver, we also used this time wisely to undertake a number of tasks, key to the professional governance and oversight of our organisation.

Over the past few months the entire Venture Out team have invested alot of time reviewing and rewording our vision, mission and values to ensure we all buy into the direction we are moving in.

While values remain a key discussion with participants during our personal development programmes in the field, we also recognise how important it is for an organisation like ourselves to identify and promote our own values. They drive all we do and shape the decisions we take. We like to call them our 'non-negotiables'!
