'Listening and Supporting' Appropriately - lies at the heart of what we do!

While all Venture Out Programmes are delivered in the great outdoors involving and harnessing aspects of nature, adventure, risk, challenge, and sometimes a little stress. Listening, supporting and coaching participants through each session lies at the heart of what we are actually doing! Its important that we are non-judgmental, that we are not overly directive, and that we allow the participant to lead on the change they want to action. These are not easy skills to acquire and develop, but they ensure any change or challenge participants take on are intrinsically driven, which in turn maintains and sustains self motivation into the future.
