Venture Out are offering FREE mental heath focused programmes targeting male students in the senior cycle (4th, 5th and 6th yrs). Each workshop involves a range of outdoor activities and discussion based workshops focusing on things such as mental health, positive masculinity and positive relationships.

Read MoreWe’re delighted to have secured funding through the Mc Donald’s and Irish Youth Foundation ‘Skills and Employability’ funding stream. This funding will allow us engage a group of young adults aged between 18-24yrs of age in our Ember Wilderness Based Personal Development Programme.
We will now be working closely with Galway Rural Development to target and engage those most in need in this exciting outdoor based 6 week programme. The group will meet weekly to explore their own skills and strengths while experienced guides will coach and mentor them towards future positive change. The project will conclude with a 5 day wilderness expedition where participants will get an opportunity to experience the great outdoors while engaged in this intensive personal development programme.
