The count down begins to our first Ember Wilderness Based Expedition of the Year

We are now fully booked for our first wilderness based expedition of the year, and we can’t wait to get started. Funded by the Western Region Drug and Alcohol Task Force we have partnered with a number of social care support agencies across the region to recruit the most suitable participants for this programme.

For 7 days, our group will hike and camp throughout Connemara while participating in a range of personal development focused workshops and activities. By harnessing the power of nature, adventure and challenge, Venture Out guides will support each individual participant to reflect on their lives and develop appropriate strategies to affect positive change on their return.
