Kick Start Feasibility Study Completed

Following almost a year of research, interviews and analysis we have finally come to the end of our feasibility and market research study process. It has been a hugely enjoyable and enlightening journey, with a lot of lessons learned along the way. With 20 recommendations to now help guide the growth and expansion of Venture Out into the future, we are energised for what lies ahead. While the process was time consuming and demanded resources, it was a very valuable exercise with the report now offering us a road map and lots of different opportunities to explore.

We’d like to thank our study consultant, Donncha Hughes for all his hard work, guidance and support throughout the process. We’d highly recommend Donncha to any organisation undertaking a similar project. Donncha’s experience and knowledge were evident throughout and contributed greatly to the production of a comprehensive and robust report.
